Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026

This policy explains what data Ahoray collects, why, and who we share it with. We collect the minimum needed to sell and deliver your eSIM.

What we collect

  • Email address — to deliver your eSIM and send order receipts and support replies.
  • Order details — the plan you bought, its activation code, and usage status.
  • Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Basic technical data — standard server logs (e.g. IP address, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with a small number of service providers who process data on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes:

  • Payment processing — our payment provider, Stripe, handles your card details directly. We receive only a confirmation and the last four digits.
  • Connectivity partners — the mobile network partners who issue your eSIM profile and report its data usage receive the technical identifiers for that profile. They are not given your email address.
  • Email delivery — our transactional email provider sends your eSIM, sign-in links and support replies.
  • Hosting and infrastructure — the providers who run our servers, database and content delivery.
  • Website analytics — Cloudflare counts page views for us so we know which pages are used. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not follow you to other sites.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising or profiling.

Where your data is processed

Ahoray operates from the United States, and our providers process data in the United States and other countries. Where data leaves the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You may also ask us for the identity of the providers processing your own data, which we will confirm to you directly.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support and meet legal and tax obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
